Single-layer or double-layer PE-coated paper cup fans are produced by the fan factory. The paper cup fans are made from high-quality food-grade PE-coated paper, 100% wood pulp, which can come into direct contact with food. This material is environmentally friendly and typically weighs 150——320 gsm. It can be coated with single-layer or double-layer PE. Generally, ice cream cups require double-layer PE coating, while regular paper cups need single-layer PE coating.
Our die-cutting machine uses advanced cutting technology to accurately cut according to customer dimensions, ensuring the precision of the paper cup fan sizes. We use flexographic printing and offset printing, capable of printing 1-6 colors with high-definition ink, ensuring high color saturation. We also accept custom orders for printing customer logos.
